OK no running today or yesterday, resting the leg. Today instead I peddled out 90mins on the exercise bike. Very easy workout, probably should have got the heart rate up a little higher but was just happy to turn over the wheels. Spent the whole time wishing I could go out for a run, but think I will take it easy tomorrow as well and then maybe take out the leg for an exploratory run on Thursday.
Great win to Socceroos last night...ah messed up sleep patterns.
