Beginner Program II

OK second scheduled session this evening. Keeness prevailed all round and 5 2min run 4min walking intervals happened with a 5 min warm up and cool down walk foolowed by lots of stretching again. I found tonights stretching awesome and my legs felt really good afterwards.
Too exciting to think about running right now...that's a first...but the socceroos are playing in the morning and I hope they don't choke. In more sporatic news I bought some Spalding running shorts from target tonight for $11, have to try them out tomorrow.
