I am still alive. Barely...very long weekend at the cricket mainly, I have work training the next couple of days. Squeezed in 2 short runs since last time, but couldn't squeeze in any blogging. I have tried to keep up with most other blogs, but am starting to fall behind on blog reading too. I did 6k on friday morning before heading off to Adelaide Oval and then 7k this morning....more anon.

Tough work keeping up with the blogs. The places where I see your name scattered I reckon you must be keeping up with heaps of them. Good luck.
